Inclusion Conversations

Inclusion conversations are incomplete if they do not center disability.

The chief diversity officer (CDO) and chief inclusion officer (CIO) are the fastest growing executive leadership position across major industries, but they typically focus on racial and gender inequality in the workplace. The disabled community has the highest unemployment rate and one of the largest untapped talent pools. So, when inclusion and diversity leaders engage in inclusion conversations, their efforts are incomplete if they do not center disability.
